Grew up in the Maryland/Washington DC area in the early to Mid 80's - Hardcore Punk in my roots and my blood. Loved the late 80's and early 90's - Punk revival, Grunge, Sub Pop, lots of great local bands and shows everywhere! Then ....... nothing - to me music died off. I am so happy to see a new revival of Music in the last couple years. My Chemical Romance has definately brought back the level of music that I am fond of. MCR is original and not a cookie cutter version of the last thing I heard just a few minutes ago. If you have a band that you think I might like to listen to, let me know.
